we understand things dont always go as planned. at busyhands cleaning services,your satisfaction is our priority. if you are unhappy with any services provided , please contact us within 24hrs of the cleaning so we can review and resolve the issue. refunds are handled on a case by case basis and may include a partial refund, re-cleaning, or credittowards a future service. refunds are not guaranteed for services canceled with less than 24 hours notice
